Assess promoting effect of producing type I collagen at normal human dermal fibroblasts. Collagen is one of the extracellular matrixes which relate to elasticity. Aging and photoaging decreases type I collagen at corium. Thus this leads to wrinkles and sagging. Therefore, search for the element which promotes synthesis of type I collagen is very important for developing an anti-wrinkle and anti-aging products.
