Test of skin permeation using reconstructed skin model
When considering the effectiveness of formulation to the skin, permeability is the important factor for effectiveness. Therefore, we assess permeability by using reconstructed skin model. Furthermore, it is capable of evaluating drug metabolism since reconstructed skin model contains same enzyme of actual skin structure.
