  CDP is an international environmental NGO established in the United Kingdom. Each year, CDP collects information from companies around the world by sending them questionnaires on their efforts to address climate change, including carbon dioxide emissions, and discloses this information.
  This initiative is supported by institutional investors around the world who are concerned about climate change and continues to grow year by year.

  Our company has been responding to CDP's questionnaire since 2022.

  In 2024, we received a rating of B for Climate Change and a B- for Water Security.

  EcoVadis

  EcoVadis, a French sustainability supply chain assessment company that evaluates more than 95,000 companies in 160 countries worldwide, evaluates companies' CSR policies and initiatives in the four areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

  In the EcoVadis assessment, our company improved its score in 2024 compared to the previous year and received a silver rating, placing us in the top 15% of all assessed companies.

  COSME BANK PROJECT

  BANK FOR SMILES connects the surplus assets of cosmetics manufacturers with women who need cosmetics but are unable to afford them due to various difficulties.
  And our goal is to reduce the environmental burden cosmetics by reducing waste and to help as many women as possible lead healthy lives both mentally and physically, and bring smiles to as many faces as possible.
  We promote "Cosme Bank Project" that cosmetics manufacturers donate cosmetics and other products as "cosmetic gifts" to be delivered to women who are in need for financial reasons.

  Our company would like to actively contribute to the "Cosme Bank Project."

  In 2024, we participated in a project in collaboration with the government for the first time.

  The Royal Golf Club, which has been endorsed by The R&A of the United Kingdom, the world's leading authority on golf, has agreed to sponsor the golf player training plan in the hope that Japanese high school students will become world-class golfers in the future.

  The winner of "THE ROYAL JUNIOR" golf competition is qualified to compete in the British Amateur Golf Championship hosted by THE R&A in the U.K. We hope that this competition produce top players in the future.

  The "Riko Challenge" (Science and Engineering Challenge) is an initiative organized by the Gender Equality Bureau of the Cabinet Office to encourage female junior and senior high school students, as well as female university students, to develop an interest in science and engineering fields. It aims to help them envision future careers in these fields and make informed decisions about their academic paths.
