TOYO BEAUTY Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy

Foundational Philosophy

TOYO BEAUTY adopts "Harmony and Progress" as the company's policy and regards the spirit of the founder, characterized by "Sincerity, Creativity, and Diligence," as the company's philosophy. Our management philosophy is to "create a future full of smiles by giving shape to our desire for beauty and health" through the production of cosmetics. To achieve this goal, we are committed to earnest and diligent in our cosmetics manufacturing, striving to realize our corporate mission. As a responsible corporation, we strive to earn the trust of society and all stakeholders for generations to come.
In our CSR initiatives, we will proceed in the seven principles of CSR and the core issues outlined in ISO 26000 (issued by the International Organization for Standardization in November 2010), we drive our CSR initiatives. These principles encompass accountability, transparency, ethical conduct, stakeholder interests, adherence to legal norms, international standards, and respect for human rights. Our focus areas include governance, human rights, labor practices, environmental stewardship, fair operating practices, consumer welfare, and community engagement.
