TOYO BEAUTY Human Rights Policy

TOYO BEAUTY adopts "Harmony and Progress" as the company's policy and regards the spirit of the founder, characterized by "Sincerity, Creativity, and Diligence," as the company's philosophy. In order to realize our corporate philosophy of shaping "beauty and health through cosmetics manufacturing, creating a future filled with smiles," it is essential for us to advance initiatives that respect human rights as a company.

With this understanding, we hereby establish the Eastern Beauty Human Rights Policy. Based on this policy, we will actively promote respect for human rights, fulfilling our corporate social responsibility.

1.Basic Concept

We firmly recognize that our business activities must be grounded in the unwavering respect for the human rights of all individuals. Our commitment extends beyond compliance with domestic laws; we also adhere to international principles and standards. TOYO BEAUTY actively promotes initiatives that uphold and safeguard human rights.

2.Range of Application

This policy applies comprehensively to all officers and employees within the TOYO BEAUTY organization. Additionally, we call upon our valued business partners and suppliers to align with and support this essential commitment to human rights.

3.Execution of Responsibility to Respect Human Rights

(1)Compliance with Applicable Laws
  • We are committed to adhering to the laws and regulations of the countries and regions where we operate. In cases where internationally recognized human rights principles conflict with local laws, we will actively seek ways to uphold these principles to the fullest extent.
(2)Elimination of Human Rights Violations in Business Activities
  • Discrimination has no place within our organization. We do not tolerate bias based on birth, nationality, race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, age, disability, hobbies, or educational background.
  • Acts such as sexual harassment or power harassment are strictly prohibited.
  • We uphold rights prescribed by laws, including freedom of association and collective bargaining rights. Our commitment extends to eradicating forced labor, bonded labor, child labor, and human trafficking.
(3)Remediation
  • When negative impacts on human rights are identified in our business activities, we take prompt action to rectify and remedy them through appropriate means.
(4)Reporting Channels for Remediation
  • Our internal reporting channels play a crucial role in addressing human rights violations and other compliance issues. We protect whistleblowers and strictly prohibit any retaliation against them.
  • Maintaining an effective internal reporting system ensures transparency and accountability.
(5)Dialogue and Consultation

In situations where negative impacts on human rights occur or there is a risk of such impacts, TOYO BEAUTY is committed to engaging in sincere dialogue and consultation with relevant stakeholders. Through these interactions, we aim to advance initiatives that uphold and promote respect for human rights.
